Buhari prints recharge cards for 2015 Campaign

As 2015 draws near, Nigerian politicians are designing a new strategies to woo voters.

These recharge cards are reportedly printed by APC Presidential candidate Gen Muhammadu Buhari to be used as part of his 2015 campaign.
